Installation Process
  1. Channel Preparation: Remove industrial residues, oil stains, and loose debris from the channel surface. Clean thoroughly with water and ensure complete drying before installation.
  2. Laying & Securing: Roll out the cement blanket along the channel, ensuring tight contact with walls and bottom. Overlap joints by 15cm and secure with corrosion-resistant anchor bolts (stainless steel recommended).
  3. Curing Process: Spray water evenly across the blanket surface. Avoid direct contact with industrial wastewater during curing. Allow 48 hours for initial hardening and 10 days for full strength development before introducing wastewater flow.
